This beautiful home is located in the neighborhood of Sable Chase which is located 1.2 miles south of Lake Sumter Landing square which is a 4 minute drive by car, and is the heart of The Villages for nightly music, dancing and dining. A 10 minute ride north will place you on CR 466 where you have access to a varying array of grocery stores, dining, and shopping options. There are two recreation centers located both north and south about a half mile away and allow for activities and to soak of some Florida sunshine in the gorgeous pools.

This home has everything you want to make your stay in The Villages enjoyable and comfortable. The front door brings you into the foyer with kitchen to the left and living room directly ahead. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook and prepare meals.. or to make coffee or margaritas! the garage is connected by the door in the kitchen and has ample space for a vehicle. Overlooking the kitchen sink you peer over the dining room table, with seating for six, and into the living room. A very large smart tv with internet based Fire TV Stick has Xfinity Stream programmed that accesses live tv just the same as standard cable. Through the living room is the all glass Florida room. Plenty of seating, tables for drinks, and windows that can open to allow in a cool breeze. On the patio just outside of the Florida room is an fixed installation electric grill for grilling your favorite meats and vegetables on a cool Florida evening.  There are three bedrooms. The master includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The other bedrooms have a queen bed in one and a very comfortable fold down murphy bed in the other. The guest rooms share a full bathroom with a shower / tub combo. 

This home comes with WiFi internet connection, washer and dryer, and just about everything you will need to enjoy your time in The Villages.  This property does not include a golf cart but they are available to rent through The Villages Golf Cars on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. This home does allow well behaved smaller breed dogs (around 20 lbs or under) so don't forget your pup! With your temporary resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.  It is located less than 10 minutes from the police and fire station.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

• January, February, and March must be booked as whole months. You are able to book multiple months but we do not split them into weeks or days.
• The rest of the year is available in any combination of months or weeks but with a 5 night minimum.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
