This beautiful home is located in the neighborhood of Sable Chase which is located 1.2 miles south of Lake Sumter Landing square which is a 4 minute drive by car, and is the heart of The Villages for nightly music, dancing and dining. A 10 minute ride north will place you on CR 466 where you have access to a varying array of grocery stores, dining, and shopping options. There are two recreation centers located both north and south about a half mile away and allow for activities and to soak of some Florida sunshine in the gorgeous pools.

This home has everything you want to make your stay in The Villages enjoyable and comfortable. The left wing of the house features a guest room, a den with 2 chairs and TV, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, while the master bathroom in the right wing features a full vanity mirror and walk in shower.  The kitchen is centrally located and looks out over the bar island to the living room and dining table offering a fantastic common area for eating, lounging, or entertaining where you are never separated from the action. If you want to slip away from your guests there is very large climate controlled sun-room that leads out to a rear open patio. With the privacy wall out back you can relax and not worry about a thing.

You'll feel right at home the minute you arrive at this home. This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a bright open feel and is decorated with light relaxing colors. The kitchen is set off from the dining room and offers an eat in setting and everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals, if you choose to cook. You will find many great restaurants throughout the community if dining out sounds like more fun. The living room has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for you and your friends to visit or just sit back and watch your favorite shows. The master suite offers a comfortable queen sized bed, large walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a large closet with the guest bath right next door. The other guest room has been turned into a den with a large flatscreen tv and a view out the window of the front yard. a great place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or a good book. You could also grab your favorite book and enjoy some quiet down time on the enclosed lanai while you are relaxing from your full day of activities or enjoying your morning coffee or juice while you are planning your day of fun activities. This is also a great place for drinks before heading off to one of the town squares for dancing and FREE entertainment in the evening also!

This home comes with WiFi internet connection and a host of safety features. It is located less than 10 minutes from the police and fire station. It has full carbon monoxide alarms. A UV light purifier integrated into the air conditioning system. Plus an automatic natural gas powered backup generator that can easily power the entire house in the event the power goes out. This property does not include a golf cart but they are available to rent through The Villages Golf Cars on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. With your temporary resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Our seasonal bookings work as follow:

  • This home is available for December and January. It must be booked as whole months
  • January, February, and March must be booked as whole months. You are able to book multiple months but we do not split them into weeks or days.
  • The rest of the year is available in any combination of months or weeks but with a 5 night minimum.
