Q: How do we navigate around your Website?
On our Home Page, there are several ways for the Holiday Maker to search for their holiday rental home:-
- On the top right of the www.lifestyleholidayrentals.com Home Page, within the "Yellow Block" is Find Your Holiday Home.
- The 2nd option is: "Choose a Country", which allows you to pull down drop down boxes.
- The 3rd option is: "Advanced Search" function, which is situated in the same "Yellow Block" on our Home Page.
Q: "The Find Your Holiday Home" Option
This option acts as a Quick Search for instant access to our range of properties:-
- The Holiday maker can either enter the "Property ID" or "Destination" that they are searching for in the free text box.
- You can then select the arrival and departure dates of your holiday and click enter. This will then take you to a selection of properties in the area they you have selected.
- If no match is found, you will be advised of this, via a pop up message. See the FAQ: "What If I have chosen a Country/Region/Town that is not available on your website", for more details. You will then be able to request the area you are looking for.
- You are also able to do an "Advanced Search" to refine your options "Select Country" Option
- Select the drop down box and pick a country from the drop down list.
- Automatically, another drop down box is presented to you called "Regions", select your preferred region
- Another drop down box is provided to you called "Cities/Sub-Regions", select your choice
- You have an option to enter the Town that you wish to stay in.
- Choose your arrival and departure dates of your holiday and then click enter.
- Now you are also able to do an "Advanced Search" to refine your options
Q: On The Homepage, What If I have chosen a Country/Region/Town that is not available on the "Find Your Holiday Home" Quick Search?
If are unable to find a region/town that you are looking for, then let us know and we will endeavour to source properties for you, in the areas you require.
- A pop up message will come up advising the Holidaymaker, that at this time, there are no properties matching your criteria.
- You will also be asked to click on a button that says "Request Property"
- You will then need to either register your details with us, to become a member of lifestyleholidayrentals.com
- Now you can request the area and we will try to find properties for you, in your desired location
- Your "Request Property" will also be in your "Manage Account" section, so that you can check on updates
- We will also send you email updates to advise of properties as and when they come available
Q: How do I register as member of your website?
- Click on the "Holidaymakers Registration" at the top of the Home Page.
- Alternate ways to register is view a Property and if you want to "Send an Enquiry", you will be prompted to sign up as a Holidaymaker.
- You will then be provided a "Holidaymaker Sign-up" form and you will need to complete this.
- Ensure you read and agree to our "Terms and Conditions", then click "Submit and Save".
- An email will be sent to your Email address, that you provided, at registration, confirming you are now a member.
- The Username and Password that you have created for yourself, at registration, will be what you will use, each time you log into lifestyeholidayrentals.com
Q: Is my Holiday Rental Booking protected by ABTA & ATOL?
No we are not ABTA and ATOL Protected, as we do not have responsibility for the Holiday Rental Homes
